Golf Leadership & Inspiration Club Foundation (GLIC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth through golf. We provide junior golfers with opportunities to develop leadership, discipline, and sportsmanship both on and off the course.
Through tournaments, mentorship programs, and partnerships with local schools, GLIC fosters personal growth, community involvement, and a lifelong passion for the game. Our mission is to inspire the next generation of golf leaders who will contribute positively to their communities and the sport of golf.

Founder’s Message
For more than twenty years, I have dedicated my life to teaching golf and witnessing how the game builds confidence, character, and resilience in young players.
As a PGA Master Professional, I founded GLIC to ensure that every junior golfer—regardless of background—has access to opportunities, mentorship, and a community that believes in their potential.

programs
GLIC offers a range of programs designed to support junior golfers, build leadership, and connect our community. From coaching and tournaments to volunteer opportunities and youth leadership, each program is created to help young players grow both on and off the course.
Junior Golf & Coaching Program
Our Junior Golf & Coaching Program provides young players with professional instruction in a supportive environment. Led by PGA Master Professional Hae-Yoon Jung-Kim and our coaching staff, juniors learn fundamentals, course management, and the values of discipline, respect, and perseverance.
Youth GLIC Golf Tournament
GLIC hosts youth golf tournaments, including our first 9-hole scramble at Oak Creek Golf Club on November 25, 2025. These events give junior golfers a chance to compete, learn tournament etiquette, and build friendships in a positive and supportive setting.
Junior Volunteer
& School Partnerships
GLIC partners with local schools and nonprofit organizations to create meaningful volunteer roles for junior students. Volunteers assist at youth tournaments, events, and community programs, earning service hours while developing leadership, responsibility, and a heart for giving back.
GLIC Mentorship Program
GLIC supports young athletes by offering scholarships and equipment assistance to junior golfers who may not have the financial resources to train, compete, or access golf opportunities. Through community contributions and partnerships, we help remove barriers so every child can pursue their passion for golf.
